Analisis Bibliometrik Pengaruh Madu sebagai Salah Satu Terapi Komplementer pada Balita dengan ISPA
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) merupakan masalah kesehatan yang umum terjadi pada balita dan merupakan penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas pada anak-anak di seluruh dunia. ISPA dapat memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada kesehatan, perkembangan, dan kesejahteraan balita, serta menyebabkan beban emosional dan finansial pada keluarga. Penggunaan terapi komplementer, seperti penggunaan madu, telah diidentifikasi sebagai alternatif yang efektif dalam meredakan gejala ISPA pada balita.
Tujuan: Mengetahui analisis bibliometrik pengaruh madu sebagai salah satu terapi komplementer pada balita dengan ISPA
Metode: Studi bibliometrik ini menggunakan metode VOSviewer untuk menganalisis literatur terkait penggunaan madu sebagai terapi komplementer pada balita dengan ISPA.
Hasil: Terdapat lima kluster kata kunci yang signifikan dalam literatur terkait ISPA pada balita. Kluster pertama berfokus pada penggunaan bahan-bahan alami seperti madu dalam pengobatan, khususnya terkait dengan kondisi kesehatan seperti batuk akut pasca-infeksi. Kluster kedua terkait dengan penelitian tentang tanaman obat dan produk-produk turunannya dalam pengobatan atau terapi kesehatan. Kluster ketiga tentang pengelolaan batuk akut dan penggunaan algoritma dalam merumuskan strategi pengobatan, terutama pada remaja. Kluster keempat berkaitan dengan penggunaan produk obat herbal dan terapi fitoterapi pada anak-anak dengan kondisi pernapasan akut. Kluster kelima tentang penelitian khusus tentang penggunaan bromelin dalam pengobatan batuk.
Simpulan: Hasil analisis bibliometrik ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang tren dan fokus penelitian terkait pengobatan ISPA pada balita serta potensi penggunaan terapi komplementer, seperti penggunaan madu, dalam merawat kondisi tersebut. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat terfokus pada validitas dan efektivitas penggunaan terapi komplementer dalam mengatasi ISPA pada balita serta mekanisme kerja efek terapi.
