Status Gizi pada Ibu Hamil Anemia terhadap Lingkar Perut Janin

Abstract


Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia adalah 359 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. AKI di daerah penelitian mencapai 100 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Penyebab kematian ibu antara lain perdarahan, anemia, dan kekurangan energi kronis (KEK). Pada ibu hamil, penyebab utama kematian adalah pendarahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi ibu hamil anemia dengan pertumbuhan lingkar perut janin. Desain penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik menggunakan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Lama penelitian selama tiga bulan dimulai dari bulan Februari sampai Mei. Analisis data menggunakan uji chisquare. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat status gizi responden tertinggi adalah 18 orang (60,0%). Sebagian besar pertumbuhan lingkar perut janin tidak sesuai setiap pemeriksaan menggunakan USG (USG), yaitu 17 (56,7%), 23 (76,7%), 27 (90,0%). Hasil uji statistik status gizi ibu hamil anemia terhadap pertumbuhan lingkar perut janin menunjukkan nilai p = 0,048 pada USG I, p = 0,031 pada USG II, dan p = 0,010 pada USG III (p < = 0,05) . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara status gizi ibu hamil yang anemia dengan pertumbuhan lingkar perut janin. 010 pada USG III (p < = 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara status gizi ibu hamil yang anemia dengan pertumbuhan lingkar perut janin. 010 pada USG III (p < = 0,05).
